1. Who We Are
PhunnySunny is a personal project site and software lab for small web apps, creative tools, experiments, and developer utilities.
2. Using The Site And Tools
You may use phunnysunny.com and related PhunnySunny projects for lawful, personal, and developer use. Do not misuse the services, attempt to disrupt them, scrape them aggressively, or use them to harm other people or platforms.
3. Third-Party Platforms
Some tools may connect to third-party services such as GitHub, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Google, Apple, or other APIs. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, policies, permissions, and account rules.
4. User Content
If you submit, upload, or connect content to a PhunnySunny tool, you are responsible for that content and for having the rights needed to use it. You keep ownership of your content, but grant us the limited permission needed to operate the feature you requested.
5. No Guarantees
PhunnySunny projects are provided as-is. Some tools are experiments and may change, break, disappear, or produce incomplete results. We do not promise uninterrupted access, business outcomes, platform approval, account growth, or revenue.
6. Automation And APIs
If a PhunnySunny tool helps schedule, generate, or publish content, you are responsible for following the target platform's rules, API limits, disclosure requirements, and content policies. Do not use the tools for spam, impersonation, deception, or unauthorized access.
7. Intellectual Property
The PhunnySunny name, site design, code, copy, and original project materials belong to their respective owners. Open-source projects remain governed by their own licenses where provided.
8. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PhunnySunny is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of the site or tools.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as projects evolve. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
