This policy explains how phunnysunny.com and related PhunnySunny tools handle information.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information you choose to provide, such as submitted links, project details, uploaded media, captions, or account connection details used by a specific tool.

We may also receive basic technical information, such as browser type, device type, pages visited, referring pages, timestamps, and logs needed to keep the site secure and working.

3. Connected Accounts And Tokens

If a tool connects to a third-party platform such as TikTok, Instagram, Meta, GitHub, Google, or Apple, that platform may provide access tokens, account IDs, profile details, or permission status. We use that information only to provide the connected feature you requested.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to operate the site, provide requested tools, publish or schedule content when you ask us to, debug errors, prevent abuse, improve projects, and comply with legal or platform requirements. Google and YouTube account data has the narrower uses described below; it is not used for general product improvement.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with third-party platforms only when needed to perform an action you requested, such as publishing content through an API. We may also share information if required by law or to protect the site and users.

6. Storage And Security

We use reasonable safeguards for stored information. No internet service is perfectly secure, so do not submit sensitive information unless a tool clearly requires it and you understand the risk.

7. Cookies And Analytics

PhunnySunny may use cookies, local storage, hosting logs, or analytics to remember settings, measure usage, and keep services working. Third-party platforms may use their own cookies when you visit or connect to them.

8. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the relevant project, operational logs, security, legal needs, or platform requirements. Experimental projects may have shorter or changing retention practices.

9. Your Choices

You can stop using connected features, revoke third-party app permissions from the relevant platform, clear browser storage, or contact us to ask about information connected to a PhunnySunny project. See our data deletion instructions and the Google-specific choices below.

10. Children

PhunnySunny projects are not intended for children under 13. Do not use the site or tools if you are not old enough to consent to this policy in your location.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as projects evolve. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.

12. Postshort and Google / YouTube data

Postshort is a private desktop posting tool operated by PhunnySunny. This public website describes the tool; it does not accept Google sign-ins, access tokens, or video uploads for Postshort. Account authorization happens through Google's consent screen and a local desktop callback.

With the account owner's authorization, Postshort accesses OAuth access and refresh tokens, granted permissions, YouTube channel identifiers and basic channel details, and upload responses such as video IDs and privacy status. The operator supplies video files, titles, descriptions, tags, publishing times, and audience or synthetic-media settings.

We use these details to confirm the connected channel, upload the videos the operator selects, apply the chosen publishing settings, refresh an authorized connection, and record upload results. The requested read-only YouTube Analytics permission is intended for channel performance reporting. That reporting feature is planned and is not currently available through this website.

OAuth tokens and posting records are stored in account-specific files on the operator's computer; OAuth client credentials are stored locally as well. They are not included in the public website files. Tokens are stored as local files without application-level encryption. Access to these files must be restricted to authorized operators. Video files and metadata are sent to Google / YouTube when the operator runs an upload. Selecting Instagram as another destination sends that content to Meta / Instagram; it does not transfer Google tokens or private channel data to Meta.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI or machine-learning models. We do not send Google access tokens, private channel data, or analytics data to AI providers. We use and share Google user data only to provide the authorized posting and reporting features. Other human access is limited to the user's explicit consent, security investigations, legal obligations, or internally aggregated and anonymized operational data as permitted by Google's policy.

PhunnySunny's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. These restrictions take precedence over any broader language elsewhere in this policy.

Local credentials and posting records remain until the operator removes them; there is no automatic local deletion schedule. To disconnect, stop any running posting jobs and revoke Postshort's access in your Google Account connections. Remove the local token files and any account data you no longer need. Revoking access alone does not delete local records or videos already uploaded to YouTube. Manage or delete those videos in YouTube Studio.

For deletion of data held by PhunnySunny, email connect@phunnysunny.com with the tool name and account identifier. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or refresh tokens. After verifying the request, we delete the associated credentials and account records unless retention is required for security, legal, or platform compliance reasons. Google's own handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
